I understand that this conference will take place in person at the Ikeda Center in Cambridge, MA. I plan to attend all required sessions on April 25-26. I will reach out to the Ikeda Center in the case that I am not able to attend any part of the sessions.

I consent to photography/videography and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction for use on the Ikeda Center's website, social media, or any other purpose by the Ikeda Center.
